last ride 2016?

gestern nochmal für ein paar stunden die letzten sonnenstrahlen eingefangen und ein paar km abgerissen. der sound wird mir im winter fehlen...

custom 64 shovel by jan

nach über einem jahr anstrengender schrauberei hat mein buddy jan heute das erste mal sein selfmade custombike angeschmissen. ein geiles gefühl!
das projekt vereint ehrgeiz mit stimmigem design und der nötigen coolness.
ein paar infos zum bike: orig. '64er schwingrahmen, springergabel mit scheibenbremse, umgebautr king sportster tank, reifen hinten shinko, reifen vorne coker, selfmade fender, offener primärantrieb, kustom tech armaturen, z lenker...

after over a year of hard work my buddy jan started his selfmade custom shovel today. what a great feeling!
the project united ambition with great design and the necessary coolness.
some facts to this ride: oem '64 swingframe, springer frontend with disc brake, modified king sporty tank, shinko rear tire, coker front tire, selfmade fender, open primary, kustom tech levers, z handlebar...

die basis dieses custombikes ist eine harley davidson softail deuce (fxstd) von 2004. mein kumpel nik hat das bike vor 3 jahren gebaut. ein schönes flaches custombike mit einer klaren linie ohne schnörkel.

48 Panhead by Jamesville

was es für verrückte zufälle gibt...

vor über 2 jahren habe ich in einem forum bilder der 48er panhead von JAMESVILLE, dänemark gefunden. das bike hat mich wahnsinnig begeistert und durch die makellose umsetzung einer stimmigen linie bis heute geprägt.

vor 2 wochen war bei unserem lokalen harley dealer in hannover saison eröffnung 2016. und jetzt ratet mal welches bike dort im showroom zum verkauf angeboten wurde?! genau - die 48er pan made in denmark.

over 2 years ago i found some pics of the 48 panhead built by JAMESVILLE, denmark. the bike has impressed me so much with his perfect line. you can say it has influenced me until today.

2 weeks ago there was the season opening 2016 at our local harley dealer in hannover. and now guess what i found in the showroom?! exactly - the 48 pan made in denmark.

new season, new paint!

kurz vor saisonbeginn habe ich die teile vom lackierer zurück bekommen, die im winter komplett neu designt wurden. das resultat ist der hammer!
